In Generic Company.
For this short film, the idea was to make a "The Office" style Mockumentary. My involvement was limited to Directing, Producing, Acting, and Editing. While the Directing and Acting were limited, I edited the entire short film by myself, using resources such as Storyblocks and other stock footage websites to help fill in the gaps. This short film had a lot of planning behind it, we were able to get actors and secure an actual office to film in. It took around a year to complete.
A Very Dramatic Ad.
This video is a spoof on overly-dramatic advertisements, with its long winded run time and poorly articulated meaning. The purpose for this video was to fulfill an assignment in my Digital Cinema class, which was "Use dynamic lighting". Using AI for the voice-over, both for the script and actual voice, the video was filmed, edited, and uploaded in only a few hours.
My Friend's Record Player
For this video, the goal was to step outside the comfort zone by shifting away from comedy and aiming for a more serious tone. Filming took about an hour, but the majority of the time was dedicated to the editing process. This included the use of immersive sound design and fine-tuning the color grading to achieve the desired aesthetic. The spoken poem is an original piece, drawing inspiration from real-life experiences. In total, the video took roughly one day to complete.
